OCC Fam!  We are so excited that you have chosen to partner with us for our church wide health campaign!  We are going to lose 10,000 lbs. collectively by April 10, 2021 and will achieve this by committing to making healthy food choices and exercising weekly.  Let’s shed physical weight and grow spiritually together!

Here’s everything you need to know:

  1. Join us LIVE, weekdays at 7:30am on Facebook and iCampus for a 20-minute workout.
  2. If you miss the LIVE segment, don’t worry!  Workouts will be available On-Demand via our YouTube channel.
  3. Every Friday, use the form on this page to update your weight and workout stats.
  4. Please use the same email address and phone number when you update your stats.
  5. Every Sunday, we will announce our total weight loss so far.
