Administration
All ministry areas can benefit from
additional volunteers with administrative skills. If you love to get
things organized or have “mad” Excel skills, then we need you in
administration! Ideal people for this area are very organized, have expertise with Microsoft Office and have great communication skills.
Time Commitment: 2-4 hours per week
Children’s Ministry
We are seeking individuals who love children and love to teach. This person should be passionate about teaching our children about Jesus Christ in a way that is fun and meaningful to children in grades K-5. Background checks are required to work with this ministry.

Musicians
Do
you love ministering through the arts, and have a desire to work with
children? This role is perfect for vocalists, musicians, and other
artists who desire to teach children about Jesus through creative
expression.

Worship Arts
Do you have a passion to express worship through performing or visual arts? Let us know! At One we value the arts and we use drama, dance, paint, music and more to express truth and worship in artistic and relevant ways. This Worship Arts is a part of the Creative Services team.
Time Commitment: Varies depending on the ministry area. Some arts ministries meet weekly others meet bi-monthly.
Visual Technologies
Lights! Camera! Action! If you want to contribute to creating amazing environments through the technologies of lighting, in-service graphics and camera this is where you fit. People who enjoy impacting the visual environment to enhance and support the worship service are best suited for this ministry. No experience required! Visual Technologies is a part of the Creative Services Team.
Time Commitment: 2-4 hours per week.
Communications Ministry
Graphic designers, web developers, and web designers needed, with 3-5
years experience desired. Portfolio requested for graphic designers and
web designers. The person best for this role demonstrates a sense
of urgency, thoroughness and quality towards assigned tasks and goals, and is self-motivated and energized working in a team environment.
Time Commitment: 5-7 hours per week.

Operations - Facilities and Finance
Facilities: The person best
suited for this position will be spiritually gifted in the area of
leadership, communication, organization and administration. The facilities role is to provide regular communication to other ministries.
Time Commitment: minimum 4 hours per Sunday when serving, and availability for monthly team meetings and conference calls.
Finance: The person best
suited for this position must have a background in finance and/or
accounting in order to direct and/or organize all general accounting and
finance activities. The finance team prepares accounting and financial
reports and ensures accurate accounting systems and record keeping for
the church.
Time Commitment: May vary from a few hours per week to a few hours per month depending on the needs of the church and the time of year.
Parking Lot Attendants
Do you love the great outdoors? Get
a healthy dose of sunshine, or whatever else God gives us, and enjoy
great fellowship as we take joy in being the first to warmly welcome our
guests and partners to One. Teenagers are welcome to join us as we
serve at all special events and weekend services.
Time Commitment: 2-4 hours per week.
Prayer Warriors
The responsibility of an Intercessor
(Prayer Warrior) is to encourage and strengthen others
through intercession and supplication for believers and non-believers.
This individual lives a life consistent with
biblical principles, and actively demonstrates the fruits of the Spirit.
An active and growing knowledge of scripture is required so that prayer
with members or guests is informative and biblically based. A burden
to pray for people is mandatory as well as faithfulness to commitments
made.
Time Commitment: Minimum of 3 hours per week.
Ushers and Greeters
Bright and friendly, our ushers and
greeters consistently give a warm and genuine welcome to everyone who
comes through our doors. In addition to hospitality, creativity and
organization are useful as we help anyone who needs assistance get to
the sanctuary and get ready for worship.
Time Commitment: 2-4 hours per week.
Youth Ministry
Youth Mentors must first prove themselves
faithful with serving in the youth ministry and completing the
background check process before they will be approved to be Youth
Mentors. People who are passionate about youth, ages 6-12, and can
provide students with a youth focused, relevant worship experience are
ideal for this ministry. The goal of the ministry is to enhance
students’ awareness of Christ by helping them develop a heart to serve
and follow Him.
Time Commitment: 2-4 hours per week.
